The Endless Mission is an upcoming game that pretty much defies description. If you take a look at the “Endless Mission in 60 seconds” video, you’re left wondering how the heck the devs will pull this off. It is a blend of just about any type of game genre you can think of including FPS, RPG, RTS, platformer, and more. It allows players to mod and even lets them dive into the code along the way.
If the gameplay itself isn’t awesome enough, today’s announcement of the star-studded voice cast should impress. Laura Bailey (Jaina, World of Warcraft), Jennifer Hale (Shepard, Mass Effect), Alix Wilton Regan (Inquisitor, Dragon Age: Inquisition), Sara Amini (Amice, Anthem), and Courtenay Taylor (Jack, Mass Effect). Each of them has a starring role in Endless Mission that is set to be released later this year.

Players take on the role of a member of The Academy, a group that is dedicated to using technology rather than being used by it. “Explore a digital world where you have the power to fundamentally alter the framework around you, reshaping and creating as you see fit. This all happens while a colorful cast of characters stand by your side as you begin to pull back the curtain on a story that draws you behind the scenes of some of video gaming’s most iconic genres.”
