The PlayStation 5 Pro Reveal Is Expected Today

PlayStation 5 Pro Reveal times

A Sony Technical Presentation is expected to unveil the PlayStation 5 Pro in just a few hours time.

Sony recently announced a short but potentially important technical presentation, and it’s widely expected to introduce the rumoured PlayStation 5 Pro. The news of this upcoming direct to consumer video first broke on the PlayStation website and through official media channels, but without any definitive detail on what will be shown. The stream will be led by Mark Cerny, Lead Architect of the PS5 console and will only clock ion at around 9 minutes.

With so little time to watch it, you could catch up later. Anybody looking to be at the forefront of the hype can tune in today. You’ll be able to watch proceedings over at the official PlayStation YouTube channel. Just head over at 8:00am PT / 11:00am ET / 4:00pm BST Today.

The existence of the PlayStation 5 Pro was probably one of the worst kept secrets at Gamescom 2024, and rumours are rife that this variant of the team blue console will include a RDNA 3 GPU, a faster CPU, increased memory bandwidth, and more upgrades to generally allow the system to play games with prettier added extras, improved ray tracing, and hopefully more fluid experiences at UHD resolutions. If you’re a console owner then head over if you want the latest news, and prepare for some tough decisions, or potentially hold off if you’re a PC gamer and see if those AMD 8000 series rumours are true too.
