The Princess Guide Launch Date Revealed

The Princess Guide

If you’re a little sick of the same well-worn path to find castle evil then you might want to take a look at the upcoming title, The Princess Guide. This upcoming RPG takes a typical princess and trains her to fight all sorts of abhorrent evil. In a recent update, publisher NIS America has confirmed that this adventure will reach western shores 26 March 2019.

Named Anata no Shikihime Kyōdōtan in eastern markets and developed by Nippon Ichi Software, this bubbly adventure originally released back in 2017. After initial delays in the east and some success, NIS has confirmed we will see The Princess Guide on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch platforms when it arrives next year.

The Princess Guide centers on four central characters. These Include:

  • Liliartie, Head Knight of Alixon and an insatiable eating machine
  • Veronica, Guild Master of the Rusty Magic who is just as likely to turn you into a frog if you don’t stick to the plan
  • Monomaria, Fallen Noble of the Yudaria Family who seems far too stoic and serious for her own good
  • Alpana, Sage of the Great Kamara Faith, a beloved dragon princess because why not dragons?

Each of the game’s four royal daughters comes with their own particular personality and story to tell. From knights and witches to dragon royalty, every princess must take a stand to defend their kingdom from impending threats. With a top-down approach and super kawaii characters, there is some similarity to previous Nippon Ichi titles. However, we will soon see if these princesses can forge their own path.
