Ubisoft and Ubisoft Blue Byte have announced that The Settlers: New Allies is now available on consoles four months after its PC release. Players can now purchase a copy on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Luna. The Standard Edition is $59.99, while the Deluxe Edition is $79.99. The latter includes the Royal Items Sets skin pack, the Royal Title Set, a 3-day Shard Booster, a digital art book and OST, and the Explorer Pack.
Developers are excited about the game’s console release and have released a new trailer. It offers viewers a peek into gameplay, available units, environments, features, and more.
Console users got a few exclusive features:
- A comprehensive input scheme with no loss of functionality compared to traditional controls.
- Full cross-play and cross-progression compatibility between all platforms, including PC!
- Possibility to invite friends through Ubisoft Connect regardless of their platform.
In addition, the console release includes the base game with 13 campaign missions, 13 skirmish maps for multiplayer PvE and PvP, and hardcore mode for players hoping for an extra challenge.
