The Seven Deadly Sins are coming for PlayStation owners in 2018

For those of you that have been following the adventures of the Seven Deadly Sins, the next chapter of their adventures will be with us soon. Bandai Namco has announced that Seven Deadly Sins: Knights of Britannia will reach western shores on 9 February 2018.

Rule Britannia

For the uninitiated, Seven Deadly sins is a massively successful franchise that follows the adventures of a team of knights. These Seven Deadly Sins wander the fantasy realm of Britannia as outlaws, pledged to the ousted royal family and ready to do battle at any moment. The manga, written by Nakaba Suzuki, and the anime, produced by Japan’s A-1 Pictures, were both massive hits across the world and the upcoming PlayStation 4 title will bridge the gap between the first two anime seasons.

It will also introduce a brand new character to fans of the anime. Escanor, the Lion’s Sin of Pride, will not only feature in Knight’s of Britannia but will be fully playable. This huge new character is immensely powerful during the day but much weaker at night so players will have to choose their timing wisely.

If you fancy wrapping your hands around the Divine Axe Rhitta then you can already pre-order Seven Deadly Sins at the official website, and as an added bonus, players will receive the upcoming second season of the anime as additional free content.
