October 1st is a huge day for Destiny 2 as Bungie takes the game off of Blizzard’s BattleNet launcher and heads to Steam. It’s also the launch day of the Shadowkeep expansion and marks the “New Light” F2P version launch. But according to the latest “This Week at Bungie,” that day marks the beginning of tons of new content coming in the months immediately after. Lastly, there is a boatload of new content coming for the Season of the Undying which comes as part of the expansion or one that can be purchased separately.
As you can see, the content is broken down on a week-by-week basis so it is easy to plan those weeks when something of particular interest is coming up.
Some things worthy of special note include the Armor 2.0 revamp, new Strikes, updates to the Crucible, a new PvP map, and free seasonal rewards.
