Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Prophecy released on Steam

Neocore Games has announced that Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Prophecy has been released. Prophecy can be played as an extension of Inquisitor – Martyr or as a standalone game.

Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Prophecy brings a number of new features to fans of the original game or for new players. These include the Tech-Adept Inquisitor class and a brand new campaign. The story is spread over a trio of chapters with an entire chapter devoted to the new class. Players will also find several new environments and both the Eldar and Tyranid enemy races.

Players who own Martyr will also receive a free update should they choose not to purchase Prophecy. “Martyr 2.0” features a new level cap, an updated loot system, a smoother leveling curve, a co-op campaign mode, new items, and improved gameplay. All of these features are present in Prophecy as well.

While Prophecy is a standalone game on its own, it has close ties to Martyr. Luckily, for those who want the full experience, Martyr is 30% off for the time being.
