Games Workshop and Virtual Realms have announced a brand new mobile MMO based in the Warhammer universe. Called Warhammer: Odyssey, the game will be free to play on both Android and iOS devices.
Odyssey is set in the “Old World” where players stand up against the encroaching darkness to fight chaos and destruction. Players will be able to choose from three races: Human, Dwarf, and High Elf as well as select one of six available classes. The classes are Witch Hunter, Warrior Priest, Slayer, Engineer, Shadow Warrior, and Archmage. Each class and race combination allows players to take on the game in a way that best suits them whether it is attacking with speed or providing assistance to the party or destroying the enemy with magic.
According to press information, Odyssey will be a fully-featured MMO where players can band together to take on the game world.
