Watch Dogs: Legion Multiplayer Delayed Again

Watch Dogs: Legion

Ubisoft has sorry news for Watch Dogs: Legion players who were looking forward to this week’s release of the game’s long-awaited PC multiplayer mode. It has been delayed again. According to the report, an issue was discovered in the PC version that causes catastrophic crashes for players “with certain GPUs”. As a result, the team needs more time to address the issue and update the game mode to make it more stable. At this time, there is no ETA for when players can expect multiplayer to land in the game.

Other versions of WD:L were addressed briefly as well:

  • Due to a crash during Tactical Op, the Xbox, PlayStation, and Stadia versions will now launch on March 23rd.
  • PlayStation 4/5 will have limited text chat at launch, though a fix will be released on March 23rd.

The letter finishes up with this:

We are committed to delivering the best experience to all players and are working diligently to address the issues outlined above We appreciate your patience and understanding.
