Developed by boutique studio The Line, it follows The Hex, as this squad of Protoframes struggles to stop the Techrot infestation from decimating reality.
Billed as a prologue to the upcoming 1999 expansion, the new animated short checks in at around 2 minutes of action. Not long for a newsworthy update, but it’s the latest look at the major characters in the latest Warframe chapter. It follows the interpersonal dynamics of these operators as they take on the threat ahead of your arrival in the game. There’s also a hint that something big is coming to the Game Awards on 12 December too.
