CI Games and HEXWORKS just revealed content roadmap with weekly updates for Lord of the Fallen
There’s no escape from the Umbral realm. The team behind dark fantasy adventure Lords of the Fallen just unveiled a new content roadmap that includes events, questlines, and more across the remainder of the year. After unleashing the Halloween-themed ‘Season of the Bleak’ at the end of October, two further events will take place before the New Year. The new in game action will bring free content to dark crusaders across Mournstead.
The news and roadmap drop foreshadows multiple new questlines coming before the close out of this year. New quests mean new loot, with unique armour sets and weapons making their way into players hands. 12 new spells and new finisher attacks mean that this is more than just a cosmetic change too. As if that isn’t enough for the final quarter, a weekly update cadence will launch too. This means players can expect ongoing stability, performance optimisation, and balancing improvements as time progresses. One final hurrah for this news means players will soon get a hugely anticipated feature. A New Game Plus (NG+) modifier system features on today’s announcement, so no two playthroughs will end up being the same.
