Following the first update to the dark fantasy immersive sim Weird West, the developers have started the first community event. With over 400k people roaming the West, there is no better way to celebrate than a zombie apocalypse.
The plague marks the first in a series of planned live events for the game that will soon grow to include new story events, encounters, expansions, and Journeys.
The team also wants to continue enhancing the overall player experience beyond bug-fixing and quality-of-life improvements. In the future, players can look forward to a variety of new free content. Following the Plague Event, Weird West will receive a content pack, a new mode, another event and more.
