If you’re excited about Capcom’s Resident Evil Re:Verse release, we have great news. The 24-hour open beta event is primed to kick off on Wednesday, April 21st at 11:00 pm Pacific / 2:00 am Eastern. It will run until the same time the following day.
Here’s what you need to know.
- The client can be downloaded from the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, or Steam.
- Anyone taking part in the open beta will need a Capcom ID that can be registered here.

In Re:Verse you can test your skills against other players in four to six-person survival horror revenge matches. Play as beloved characters from the series and turn the tides of battle with powerful bioweapons. Take part in 5-minute Deathmatches, where the player with the most points wins! Use the weapons and items you find to take down even more powerful enemies!
