Developer Owlcat Games released the first major DLC for turn-based CRPG Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader. In Void Shadows, all Lord Captains will have a chance to explore yet unseen depths of their Voidship and meet people dwelling there. Among them Kibellah, an Assassin of the Death Cult that will join your retinue and perhaps steal your heart.

The DLC providers Von Valancius heirs with a new story, offering about 15 hours of adventures on board the von Valancius voidship. In addition to the new romanceable companion, Rogue Traders are in for new enemies as well. The malignant Genestealer Cult is infecting your crew, slowly twisting their faith in the Emperor to carry out their wretched designs. The DLC is fully integrated into the game’s main story.
However, a new character, new locations and a new storyline are not everything that the DLC has to offer. Rogue Traders also get access to two new Archetypes: the first-tier archetype — the Bladedancer and the second-tier archetype — the Executioner. Both are primarily focused on attributes desirable for any melee combatant.
Last but not least is the new game mode: The Grim Darkness. This is Rogue Trader’s take on the Ironman challenge, meant for the boldest and bravest.
