Don’t fret! We are reviewing Konami’s latest MGS spinoff, and the first game in the Metal Gear franchise with zero Kojima involvement. Since it’s an online game, Steam codes that were sent to press were not unlockable early. There was no early access or review branch, either. And even more oddly, our Steam code still doesn’t unlock until later today, despite the game officially “launching” yesterday on PS4 and XBOX. So here we are, waiting, and watching for the code to unlock. A one-day Steam delay, and all.
