Wildfrost Friends & Foes Update is and Avalanche of New Cards

More cute penguins and adorable card action is here as the Wildfrost Friends & Foes update arrives for free across PC, console, and mobile.

Bring the sun back in a big way. The cute card battler Wildfrost just got a huge new update, adding tons of cards, enemeis, charms, challenges, and more. The biggest and last free update to this cartoon deck builder is already available on PC and Nintendo Switch. Mobile gamers can expect to grab the free addition soon.

The new add on downloads a total of:

13 New Enemies across 4 New Battles

20 New Player Cards

13 New Companions and 1 New Pet

12 New Charms (including Balatro’s Jimbo)

12 New Challenges

4 New Sun Bells

Charming Charms and More

Alongside the obvious deck-based extras, a bunch of bugs and card balance updates come streamed into the add on, so it’s worth downloading just to enhance your play sessions.

That’s not all either. Chucklefish has finally confirmed a key companion to the game. You’ll now bring Nova along for this frosty ride. First featured on the game’s initial key art, they are finally ready to go on an adventure to fight back winter.

As one final final extra, WIldfrost and Balatro are teaming up. Hidden among the many upgrades and enhancements, players can pick a special Balatro collaboration charm unlock, Chucklefish has teamed up with Balatro publisher Playstack and developer LocalThunk on a Steam Bundle. The ‘Kind of a Big Deal Bundle’ provides deck-builder fans a 10% off discount when Balatro and Wildfrost are purchased together
