Genshin Impact Developer HoYoverse has added extra official notes for Wriothesley, the current 5-Star banner lead.
After announcing the Tempestous Destiny banner and kicking off Genshin Imapct’s Version 5.4 Phase II plenty of players have already pulled for the Emissary of Solitary Iniquity, Wriothesley. The newest 5-star character pull is a compelling Cryo Catalyst and has a place in plenty of your comps. However, for players looking for a little more on getting the best out of your latest companion, HoYoverse has a few new notes.
The team behind Genshin, Honkai Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero published Notes on Wriothesley over the weekend, giving players some official word on the best builds and support for freezing all opposition. The administrator of the Fortress of Meropide is an impactful on field DPS that you can weave in with other Cyro and water characters to lean into the frozen effect or even combine to create a Melt effect with Pyro teams. The new post provides some ideas, like adding Xiangling and Bennett to partner the powerful new character.
Aside form providing a little lore into Wriothesley’s shady past, the new guide also provides tips on the best weapons and artifacts to increase his crit dagame and Cryo damage.
