Blizzard Entertainment has announced the details for this year’s World of Warcraft Arena World Championships. Players are vying for a share of the $200,000 prize pool and a chance to be crowned a regional champion. The EU Championship will be held on Saturday, May 1st starting at 10:00 am Pacific. The NA event will take place on Sunday, May 2nd also beginning at 10:00 am Pacific. The events will be available on the WoW YouTube with broadcasts available in English, German, Portuguese, and Spanish.

From more than 200 teams competing in Cup 1 to only four teams remaining in both Europe and North America, the final contest for which teams will reign supreme is here. The top four teams in each region from the AWC Circuit face off this weekend for their share of the $200,000 (USD) global prize pool and title of Regional Champions.
Each 3v3 match will be decided in a best-of-5 fight to determine the winning team that will progress to a best-of-7 final showdown to determine the regional winner.
