The annual Winter Veil celebration is already underway in Azeroth! From now through January 5th, partake in the feast and all the holiday’s fripperies, fineries, and delectable comestibles. While the main merry points are centered in Ironforge (Alliance) and Orgrimmar (Horde), festive decorations can be found throughout Azeroth.
“Don yourself in new seasonal threads available from the Holiday Vendors—wrap yourself in the seasons’ finest colors with the Festive Red Holiday and Festive Green Holiday transmog set pieces (coat, vest, sweater, shirt, pants, shorts, boots, and belt), along with mirthful Toys and Battle Pets to make loot-seekers’ spirits bright—seize your daily chance at getting the gift-thieving Grunch when you bring down the grumpy Greench.”
Hunters get a new limited-time tameable pet only during the Feast of Winter Veil! Note that it is quite a demanding tame, and can only be seen if you don the most festive threads. You must be wearing (or transmogrified) with the chest, waist, boots, and pants (or shorts) of the new Festive Green or Festive Red holiday cosmetics, Winter Veil Outfit (hat, chest, and boots), or have the cosmetic buff from the Disposable Winter Veil Suits toy.
Head to the Old Hillsbrad Foothills, a Dungeon accessible in the Caverns of Time, and watch for the Dreaming Festive Reindeer!
