She is an upcoming 5-star Havoc Resonator and a gifted improvisational comedian. As the First Mate of the Troupe of Fools, she is well-known for her mastery of stage props.
The Magic Box she carries appears to hold the world, or perhaps she had recreated a world inside the box.
