Microsoft has published a list of games that will be available for free to users of Xbox Live Gold service in May. Among them players can find such Xbox One titles as Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams as well as Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris. Xbox 360 owners can look forward to Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 and LEGO Star Wars. These titles will also be available to XBox One users through backwards compatibility program.

  • Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams (Xbox One, May 1st through May 31st). The game is a hardcore platformer. Players can use Giana’s dreams to alter her abilities as well as destroy twisted creatures around.
  • Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (Xbox One, May 16th through June 15th). The game is a direct successor to action adventure Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. This time Lara goes on adventure deep into the desert sands and meets actual gods.
  • Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 (Xbox 360 & Xbox One, May 1st through May 15th). Starkiller returns to find his true self and reunite with his love, Juno Eclipse.
  • LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga (Xbox 360 & Xbox One, May 16th through May 31st). The game is a 2007 restart of Lego Star Wars: The Video Game as well as Lego Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy. It follows the events of 6 moves of the famous movie universe.
What is Games with Gold?

Xbox One as well as Xbox 360 users can sign up for a premium version of Xbox Live service, namely Xbox Live Gold. It comes with features such as online games with other people; special matchmaking system; chat with multiple users at a time. Additionally, Xbox Live Gold users get demo-versions ahead of those of non-premium service.
