Developer HoYoverse took to the official HoYoLAB page to remind players of Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.1 pre-download for PC & mobile devices. Take advantage of this option to reduce the time needed for update when V1.1 goes live on August 14.
The next chapter revolves around the New Eridu Public Security (N.E.P.S.), and both welcomes back some familiar faces like Zhu Yuan and Qingyi as well as introduce some new friends and rivals: Seth and Jane. Additionally, there will be a new S-Rank Bangboo Officer Cui to further assist Proxies in battles.
Besides the narrative content and playable character updates, players can enter combat against Nineveh directly by experiencing Hollow Zero’s new challenge mode, Inferno Reap. Meanwhile, N.E.P.S., located at Lumina Square, will also be open for players to explore.
Zenless Zone Zero – Version 1.1 Pre-Download details:
- PC: the pre-download file is about 12 GB. Open the HoYoPlay Launcher, and the “Pre-Download” icon will appear next to the “Start Game” button. Click the corresponding icon to being the download. PC users can continue playing the game during the pre-download.
- Mobile: The pre-download file is about 8 GB. The developers recommend using Wi-Fi network due to the size of the update. Open the game, tap the “Pre-Download Resources” icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen to start downloading. Note that you will not be able to play the game during the process.
The maintenance for the update will start on August 14 at 06:00:00 (UTC+8) and take roughly 5 hours. There will be some free Polychromes to claim right after through your in-game mail, so don’t miss out!
