We’re friends. So I must welcome you friend, to our list of New Games on Xbox One This Week!

Must Dash Amigos

Release: July 16, 2019

If you’re a fan of mexican wrestling, “piñata stampedes, avocados, and mayhem for up to four players.” Then you’ll likely dig Must Dash Amigos! It will undoubtedly make you smile while also reminding you that, yes, you were hungry for mexican food this week!

Lost Orbit

Release: July 16, 2019

Mr. Spaceman, bring me a dream! That’s… not even a song, but it’s the perfect segue into Lost Orbit – Terminal Velocity, where a lone spaceman dreams that he may one day make it home. “Armed with only an improvised set of equipment and a relentless spirit, Harrison, a lowly maintenance worker, must struggle to find his way home by using the gravitational forces of planets to navigate and propel himself through space.” Can you bring him home? He’s counting on you.

Exception

Release: July 16, 2019

In a very interesting turn of events, Exception takes place in “an old woman’s computer system (that) is taken over by a virus bent on total annihilation, you must take control of an ordinary software program and retake the system and build your character into a formidable instrument of retribution.”It sounds like a very valid premise, because we ALL know that old ladies are not hip to today’s technological security standards.

Mochi Mochi Boy

Release: July 17, 2019

Oh jeez, the Devil is back. Just when you think he’s gone, right guys? This time “Mochi Mochi Boy’s friends have been captured by the devil and it’s up to him to rescue them by solving devious tile puzzles! Stretch, slide, and collect slimes in this puzzle game where you fill all the tiles in a stage to progress.” Don’t let the Devil get away with this, we’ve been far too lenient with him lately. If you don’t practice discipline on a regular basis, he’s never going to grow up to be a nice respectable devil that gives you grandchildren.

Etherborn

Release: July 18, 2019

In Etherborn “you are a voiceless being that has just been born into a world where a bodiless voice awaits your arrival. Delve into a third-person environmental puzzle platformer built on exploring and understanding gravity-shifting structures.” Voiceless beings aren’t just for Mimes anymore. But, perhaps you can at least help this being find its voice. There’s probably some kind of uplifting sentiment in there somewhere.

Welcome to Hanwell

Release: July 19, 2019

Spooky! Scary! Hanwell is not a great place for a children’s field trip. What is it you ask? Why it’s only a “dense world of horror (where you’ll) discover the secrets of Hanwell. Fight, run, or hide through a psychological horror experience set in a recreation of Hanwell, a town on the outskirts of London.” This isn’t one of those sparsely populated worlds of horror, it’s dense! Prepare for density!
