Developer Blizzard Entertainment shared a new dev video for aRPG Diablo IV, outlining the progression updates coming to the game on October 8 with the release of Vessel of Hatred and the start of the new Season. Here are some of the things you can look forward to: Character Level Adjustments, Paragon Point Increases, Torment Difficulty Updates, and Glyph Upgrade Changes.

Vessel of Hatred arrives alongside major updates that will be available to all Diablo IV players, such as systemic changes to levelling, difficulty tiers, the Paragon System, and more. Let’s check out what will be available with the base game, and what is solely within Vessel of Hatred:
New Base Game Content — Available to all players
- New Max Level: 60, which means 10 additional skill points.
- New Difficulties System – World Tiers are gone, instead there are now 4 difficulties to choose from: Normal, Hard, Expert & Penitent. There are also 4 endgame difficulties: Torment I to IV.
- New Paragon Max Level: 300.
- Paragon System Changes. Each class is getting one completely new Paragon Board, each having a new Legendary node. The amount of Paragon Boards you can use has been reduced to five, including the starter board.

- 2 New Character Slots
- New Class Skills and Passives for each Class
- New Party Finder Feature
- New Seasonal Content
- New Season Rewards (Season Journey, Battle Pass, Reputation Board)
