Recently, Internet has been hit by a leak of what is supposed to be a promotional material for the new Assassin’s Creed title. The keyring is styled as an Ancient Greek helmet and the packaging has “Assassin’s Creed Odyssey” written on it.
The helmet is styled in the fashion of Corinthian headgear that soldiers of the Greek city-state wore during battle campaigns. In addition, the packaging sports a very stylishly designed Assassin’s Creed Odyssey logo. Lastly, “Odyssey” is typically associated with Greece as it is ancient literature penned by Greek poet, Homer.
Now, Ubisoft has officially confirmed that the game is currently in development and will be shown during the E3 expo.
Currently, there are no details related to the upcoming game except that it will be set in Ancient Greece. Stay tuned for more information that will come from Electronic Entertainment Expo starting on June 12.
