Hold onto your memes, this is not a drill! Developer HoYoverse rolled out the new overture teaser for Genshin Impact, giving players the first taste of Fontaine’s storyline. Titled “The Final Feast” it also offers a way to see and hear some of the upcoming characters in action.
“Enjoy a rapturous ode sung in reverse, Enjoy a whirling waltz drowning in tears of joy and sorrow, Enjoy a magical performance for which none shall applaud… The actors have taken the stage, the audience have taken their seats, So let us enjoy it all, right until the final curtain call.”
The teaser gives special spotlight to siblings Lyney (Pyro) and Lynette (Anemo) that made their first appearance way back in the Teyvat Travails trailer. This duo of magicians seems to have a special connection to Snezhnaya. In particular to Harbinger “The Knave” Arlecchino and her House of Hearth. Diver Freminet (Cryo) also enjoyed a few crumbs of screentime. In an unexpected twist, this young man is also a sibling to the duo of magicians!

Other notable characters include: Freminet, Egeria, Navia, our old friend Charlotte, Wriothesley, Sigewinne, Clorinde, Furina… and, of course, Neuvillette – chief Justice of Fontaine.
