Launch A Property Empire When The Tenants Leaves Early Access

Become the landlord the Sims never wanted or a property mogul when The Tenants launches on 20 October.

The housing market might be trash but you can still build a bricks and mortar empire all your own, with the launch of The Tenants on PC. Come O20 October, you’ll be able to dabble in a whole host of neighborly designs, builds, and interpersonal arrangements as The Tennants finally
breaks ground on PC. After initially cementing a loyal fan base in Early Access earlier this year, developer Ancient Forge Studio has added a ton of new features for version 1.0 of this management sim.

Included in the 1.0 release will be several new features, including Twitch Integration, new Elite contracts, and voice-overs, but there’s more still to come. Dushan Chaciej, Co-Founder and Creative Director at Ancient Forge Studio shared, “one thing worth noting is that by no means is this the end of The Tenants development, we have big plans for the game’s future, and we will share some of them soon enough!”

Players picking up The Tenants for the first time will likely find themselves in a mix of House Flipper gameplay turned Sims social sandbox. While heading out into this sandbox adventure, you’ll find real estate, build a home, decorate it, screen potential tenants hear the many varied stories they have, and ensure that day to day maintenance runs without a hitch. Trouble is likely to crop up, from pests to police callouts, and even problems with the rent. Thankfully, busy business people can hire out property agents, staff, and leverage a range of mechanics to optimize the outcome of each game. How you handle your community of home dwellers and towering concrete facades is up to you. Just remember its all about the profit margin so get ready to make a load of money in this intriguing new sandbox sim on 20 October.
