A Not Tonight 2 Switch port will treat political satire to a dream roadtrip on 27 March.
No More Robots, has announced that the follow up to its original Brexit simulator is coming to the Nintendo Switch. Not Tonight 2 follows on from a dystopian UK and sets the US firmly in its sights. First launched on other platforms back in 2022, this irreverent title takes a look at what makes America tick, and heads out on a trip that might make Banner Saga seem light-hearted at times.
The Future?
Not Tonight 2 is a dark political comedy that takes aim at the absolute state that they call The United States. Explore an “alternative”, defective America, where capitalism and political greed have taken center stage, and democracy is a thing of the past. Players will follow the lives of central characters Malik, Kevin and Mari as they make their way across he United States to help save their friend Eduardo from whatever fate awaits him in this broken future. Along the way, you’ll make a series of choices that will drive their fate. Fusing time-sensitive RPG elements with dark comedy, and the odd rhythm game cult fuelled challenge, Not Tonight 2 isn’t your average Papers Please clone.
Available for $19.99 or local equivalent on the Nintendo eShop, early pre-orders also get a 25% discount on the Not Tonight 2 Switch launch. You can go grab a copy or check out more about the upcoming adventure over on the official website now. Who says video games can’t be political?
