Pokemon Snap Arrives On The Switch Online Soon

Pokemonsnap

It wasn’t long ago that we got a new Pokemon Snap game for the Nintendo Switch, and now we get to play the original Pokemon Snap on the Switches Online Service. Starting June 24th we get to travel back to where it all began for the Pokemon Snap story.

Pokemon Snap originally landed on our N64 systems back in the year of Y2K, 1999. Are you feeling old yet? The developer of Kirby, HAL Laboratory, created the game. Just like Kirby, Pokemon Snap became a beloved game by lots of Pokemon fans.

While it had very limited storage space, Pokemon snap was a good distraction with monsters from two generations of the show. You were able to catch up to 60 Pokemon on camera at one time. The new Pokemon Snap fixed a lot of issues in the Safari and made it better for capturing the Pokemon in their habitats. These creatures act more realistic with their AI and act in different ways as you go through the game.

If that isn’t enough for you wait till the end of the year when Pokemon brings us Scarlet and Violet. With the four player coop these should be a new day for the series.
