The Epic Game Store debut adds to the Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch editions of this tale, taking players to a dark and foreboding forest that the forces of evil and ne’er do wells call home. Unfortunately, Skul is more of a minor minion and the only survivor of a raid by the forces of light. It’s up to players to navigate all manner of threats and some challenging action platforming scenarios to take down these do gooders and rescue the things that just want to go back to the creepy dark corners of their homestead.
Along the way, you’ll get to show off some formidable fighting skills while wearing many hats. Well, more like skulls. The little skeleton turned hero can gain new and exciting abilities depending on which skull they wear atop their body. With tons of combinations and unique skills, there are lots of ways to take on the forces of good and down the huge boss battles that await in the light.
