ESO - Meet Sharp-As-Night & Explore the Apocrypha

The developers of MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online have taken to the official site to introduce one of the two new companions that can be recruited in ESO: Necrom. Sharp-as-Night is an Argonian whose history is shrouded in mystery, but should you get to know him, you’ll find Sharp-as-Night to be a faithful, stalwart ally.

The behavior and the looks of the future companion are described through a letter from Reynila Treviri to her associate, Cyril Caro, where she attempts to make contact with the Argonian to help him. You can find it on the official site.

At the same time the developers have shared a preview of the two brand-new zones coming with Necrom on June 5th for PC/Mac and June 20th for consoles: the Telvanni Peninsula and Apocrypha. Both new zones include their own unique locations to explore, quests to complete, challenges to overcome, and rewards to earn.

With its towering mushroom forests, bizarre creatures, and craggy steppes, Telvanni Peninsula might make one think back to Vvardenfell or Stonefalls, but this region remains politically distinct from the rest of Morrowind. While House Telvanni controls most of the peninsula, Necrom, the region’s largest city, remains independent. Also called the City of the Dead, the ancient city serves as a spiritual hub for Dark Elves across Morrowind.

The second explorable zone in the Necrom Chapter allows ESO’s undaunted adventurers to venture to the Daedric realm of Apocrypha. As the dominion of Hermaeus Mora, Apocrypha houses the collected knowledge of the Prince of Fate, and all manner of native Daedra and knowledge-seeking mortals call it home.

Distinct from the rest of Apocrypha, Chroma Incognito is an all-new part of Mora’s realm and serves as home to fates that never came to pass. It is a world of unclaimed potential, missed opportunities, and impossible futures that, for whatever reason, the Prince of Fate hoards within his ream.
