Behaviour Interactive has announced “Haunted by Daylight,” an event that sends players into the Void to participate in never-ending trials. This is, according to the team, “the unmissable in-game” event of the year that’s bigger than ever before. Players can take their first steps into this realm of horror starting Wednesday, October 18th at 11:00 am Pacific, 2:00 pm Eastern. The event will run through November 6th.
Haunted by Daylight
During the event, players need to be on their toes as there will be jump scares galore thanks to Void Zones, “new terrifying gates to a mysterious Realm where the Entity’s victims — or haunts — are dismissed and waiting to be released.” Players will have to face off against these Haunts for the first time ever in DbD.
- Void Zones are pockets of a mysterious Realm where former Survivors and Killers are now called Haunts. Once inside the Void, players will work to release Haunts into the Map “where they’ll provide unique advantages throughout the trial.”
- Tome 17: Commitment is now available. It uncovers new mysteries for The Oni and Feng Min. Other notable appearances include The Dredge, Adam Francis, and Dwight Fairfield.
- The Void Collection features Very Rare outfits for David King, Yun-Jin Lee, and Haddie Kaur. Each has unique features such as glowing blue eyes, shadow-fading clothing, and more.
- The Hallowed Blight Collection comes out on October 24th and has Very Rare outfits for The Onry and Yoshi Asakawa and an Ultra Rare outfit for The Xenomorph.
