HoYoverse’s latest game, turn-based RPG Honkai: Star Rail, has not even entered Version 1.1 with Silver Wolf, Luocha and Yukong yet, and the developers are already teasing what’s coming up in later versions. The drip marketing indicates that this trio will likely arrive with Version 1.2.
Between the official Twitter account and the game’s Weibo page, we now have an idea of three new characters: roles, elements and rarity. One of the upcoming updates will introduce players to 5-star Blade (Wind/Destruction), 5-star Kafka (Lightning/Nihility) and 4-star Luka (Physical/Nihility).
Blade is a participant of the Luofu questline. He is a swordsman who abandoned his body to become a blade. Birth name unknown. He pledges loyalty to Destiny’s Slave, and possesses a terrifying self-healing ability. Blade wields an ancient sword riddled with cracks, just like his body and his mind.
On the Interastral Peace Corporation’s wanted list, Kafka’s entry only has two things — her name, and a single sentence: “Likes collecting coats.” Little is known about this Stellaron Hunter aside from her being one of Destiny’s Slave Elio’s most trusted members. In order to achieve Elio’s envisioned future, Kafka gets to work.

Additionally, the developers have revealed the special program for Honkai Star Rail Version 1.1: “Galactic Roaming”. You can watch on May 26th via the official Youtube or Twitch channel. Don’t miss out on this stream to keep up with the latest updates and information about what awaits you in the future.
The special program will likely introduce players to the new events as well as the trio of characters preparing to make their debut in Version 1.1: Silver Wolf (5-star, Nihility/Quantum), Luocha (5-star, Abundance/Imaginary) and Yukong (4-star, Harmony/Imaginary).
