Honkai Star Rail just welcomed the Stellaron Hunter Kafka as a playable character, and players already got a couple of animated trailers. The latest Myriad Celestia video is dedicated to the Jepella Rebellion incited by Kafka and her partners. It also outlines some of the crimes carried out by the Hunters in order to capture the Stellarons.

Kafka is a 5-star Lightning/Nihility character whose banner is available in the ongoing version 1.2. Her kit revolves around applying Shock and triggering existing damage-over-time effects (DOTs) on enemies, so she is naturally a great partner for Sampo and newcomer Luka:
- Characters: 5-star Kafka (Lightning/Nihility); 4-stars Luka (Physical/Nihility), Sampo (Wind/Nihility) and Serval (Lightning/Erudition);
- Light Cones: Kafka’s signature Light Cone “Patience Is All You Need” (Nihility). 4-stars: Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat (Nihility), Eyes of the Prey (Nihility), The Birth of the Self (Erudition).
Players can also take part in Kafka’s companion mission to learn a bit more about the mysterious woman. Once Kafka’s banner is over, it is time for Honkai Star Rail Version 1.3. However, the developers have already outlines some of the QoL improvements and characters that will make their appearance there. Players can expect to see the following new & familiar faces:
- Imbibitor Lunae – High Elder of the Luofu, bearer of the Azure Dragon’s legacy. 5-star Imaginary Destruction.
- Fu Xuan – the head of Xianzhou Luofu’s Divination Commission that uses her third eye and the Matrix of Prescience to calculate the Xianzhou’s route and predict the fortune of future events. 5-star Quantum Preservation.
- Lynx – the younger sister of Serval and Gepard and an explorer of Belobog’s wild side. 4-star Quantum Abundance.
