NACON and Brave Lamb Studio have announced that their management sim, War Hospital, is now available. Players can pick up a copy of the game after that date for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
Developers are celebrating the release with a new launch trailer that sets the stage for the WW1 hospital management sim.
Players are thrust into the boots of Major Henry Wells, a former combat medic that has been drafted into the chaos that is World War I. Without meaningful influxes of money and supplies, Henry is challenged to become a beacon of hope for soldiers on the French Front. It is up to the player to manage the meager resources on hand while treating horrific injuries as the field hospital commander. Along the way, the challenge is to build a facility that heals and protects patients from artillery raining down on the area at all hours of the night. Players can access period-specific surgical tools and methods that evolve.
