La Mulana 2 See Console Release and a Physical Edition

Make a name for yourself on console.

After finding success on Steam, La Mulana 2 finds its way to Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

Check out the trailer here:

La Mulana 2 is a Metroidvania style game follows a long list of 2018 releases, scratching a nostalgic itch while incorporating some things things that we haven’t seen in the genre before. In La Mulana 2, you follow the intrepid adventures of Lumisa Kosugi, daughter to famed adventurer (and protagonist of the original La Mulana) Lemeka Kosugi. Called back the ruins of La Mulana which her father explored years ago, Lumisa must uncover the secrets of the world lost within the ruins: Eg-Lana.

We had an opportunity earlier this year to review La Mulana 2 here at GameSpace and I can tell you that it is a game which will find a great home (and hopefully better controller support) on the console of your choosing. You can check out the review here.

While we have no word on when physical copies of the game will become available, we do know that they are in the works. With a Spring 2019 release teased, there is still plenty of time to make a physical copy a reality.

Are you ready to join Lumisa Kosugi on her adventure through Eg-Lana? We would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
