Square Enix continues to share more details about the upcoming latest installment in the beloved Life is Strange series. Titled True Colors, the new game will be arriving with an all-new playable lead character and a thrilling mystery to solve! To bring players up to speed the company shared a couple of videos dedicated to characters of True Colors: Alex and Steph.
Alex Chen has long suppressed her ‘curse’: the supernatural ability to experience, absorb and manipulate the strong emotions of others, which she sees as blazing, colored auras. When her brother dies in a so-called accident, Alex must embrace her volatile power to find the truth – and uncover the dark secrets buried by a small town.
When it comes to Steph, fans of the series are in for a familiar face! If you’ve played Life is Strange: Before the Storm, you may recognize Steph: a classmate of Chloe Price and a former resident of Arcadia Bay. Her travels have brought her to Haven Springs where she’s the local “queen of the nerds”, drumming maestro, and tabletop roleplaying extraordinaire.
Life is Strange: True Colors is coming to PC, Xbox One|S, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia on September 10, 2021. It is currently available for pre-orders in a number of editions. Check out the official site or the Steam page of the title to find out more.
