GungHo has announced that the bright online brawler has made a stunning 10 million downloads on Nintendo Switch, meaning this global phenomenon can be firmly considered a success. After initially launching in 202, this title has entertained many competitors as they enter an online arena and brawl to be the best cartoon ninja on the planet. Across 11 seasons, we’ve seen ranked tournaments, collabs with pop stars, fishing, and more than a few anime crossovers.

Celebrate Good Times

To celebrate the 10 million mark, Ninjala is giving away a few thank you gifts to players. Every player that logs in between March 8 and April 26 will receive 1,000 free Jala to use in the Shinobi Shop. Lots of special discounts will be popping up in the shop during this period, so keep an eye out for discounted Shinobi Cards and special deals on Ninja-Gums. As you might expect, a new cup is kicking off too. The 10 Million Download Cup will be held from March 11 at 6 p.m. to March 12 at 12 a.m. PST. The six-hour tournament lines up with the Battle Bonus, which will increase drop rates.

After the 10 Million Cup kicks off, Season 12 of Ninjala will come stomping into view. Due to arrive around 15 March, this presents the perfect opportunity to don your Wings of Freedom. We don’t have much more information on the upcoming 12th round of action, except that it will feature the hugely popular Attack on Titan Anime. We are fully expecting new outfits, Ippon, and more to come.
