Developer Maxis and publisher Electronic Arts have revealed The Sims 4: For Rent Expansion Pack. It’s time to find new rental opportunities! Whether you are a property owner or a tenant, there will be a lot of everyday challenges to deal with. Such as fixing utilities, dealing with unruly neighbors, creating a community and managing multiple rentals!
“In The Sims 4 For Rent Expansion Pack, players will have the opportunity to build and create a variety of dwellings, including townhomes, duplexes, apartments and more! Players will discover that close living quarters make for some of the most harmonious relationships that will either bring the community together or drive it apart!”
In For Rent Expansion Pack, players will be able to experience the bustling city of Tomarang. It is a Southeast Asian-inspired world that offers a unique blend of tradition and modernity. The expansion also introduces a new dimension to housing options. For the first time in The Sims 4, Simmers can build a fully customizable multi-unit dwelling where multiple Sim families can live on the same lot.
The game introduces further complexity by adding the Property Owners and Property Managers separation as well as four new Aspirations, five Traits and a new Fear that make those roles come alive.
The Sims 4: For Rent Expansion Pack will be available for PC via EA app, Mac via Origin, Epic Games Store and Steam, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One systems on December 7.
