SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on 31 January 2023, but players can get a good look at what the small squishy hero is up against today. A new trailer from THQ, the publisher behind this beloved cartoon character’s new caper, has dropped a boss fight trailer. Players looking to swing by iconic locations and grab a Crabby Patty will find a series of huge encounters waiting on them. Whether it’s A very grown up Gary the snail making something of a mess or a bewitching banquet, players are sure to have a whale of a time kicking these nuisances back into Davy Jones’ locker.
For those that didn’t know that the franchise was returning to, then you’d probably bet prepare because Patrick and SpongeBob are about to get wish-granting Mermaid’s Tears. What could possibly go wrong? Well imagine the recent SpongeBob platformer but add in portals into Wishworlds full of knights, cowboys, pirates, and prehistoric snails. But that’s nothing everyone’s favorite sponge can’t handle – with the right cosmic costume! Everybody do the Cosmic Shake!
