V Rising Got a New Hotfix #13

V Rising, the vampire-themed action-adventure from Stunlock Studios, got a new hotfix #13 that added a wealth of improvements to the game.

In V Rising, you play as a vampire that awakened after centuries of slumber in a weakened state. Now it’s up to you to hunt for blood, hide from the scorching sun, convert humans into your loyal servants and, yes, rebuild your castle. Travel alone or make allies online, fend off holy soldiers, and wage war against other players in a world of conflict. Compete or cooperate – the choice is yours.

The Early Access phase will allow the developers to receive players’ feedback and implement it to make V Rising the best Vampire Survival game possible. Of course, it also comes with its own drawback of bugs and glitches, but the developers are vigilant and are rolling out hotfixes regularly. The full version of the game will be expanded with more biomes and dungeons, new weapons and spell kits, enemies, more Castle decorations and cosmetics, additional crafting recipes, extra features and enhanced performance.

V RISING – HOTFIX #13 INCLUDES:

GENERAL

  • Broken structures can no longer be repaired when the castle is under siege.
  • Siege Golem *stomp ability* can no longer hit structures located two height levels above the golem.
  • Siege Golem *projectile ability* will now stop at cliff edges.
  • Players can no longer repair buildings while under attack or breach.
  • Attacking enemy fences now triggers “Castle Under Attack”.
  • Attacking an enemy Castle Heart will now always trigger “Castle Under Attack”, even though the Castle Heart doesn’t take damage.
  • While being a Siege Golem, you can no longer use Way Gates or Cave Passages.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue where Wilfred and Terah could be duplicated.
  • Fixed an issue where some types of servants had 0 costs for converting and resurrecting.
  • Potentially fixed an issue where black voxels would cover the screen.
  • Fixed an issue where loot on the ground could sometimes not be picked up.
