Developer Respawn Entertainment shared a new Apex Legends animated teaser for the Kill Code series. In A Life for a Life, Loba must confront her past in order to face the future. The teaser is just over a minute long and filled with delicious mental strain and self-reflection. Stay tuned for the Kill Code part 4 trailer reveal on November 27th.
Kill Code is the animated mini-series that follows the stories of Loba and Revenant as well as their shared messy past and how it continues to affect the present and the future. Revenant used to be the greatest human hitman the Mercenary Syndicate ever had. However, he’s since become a walking nightmare of steel and vestigial flesh as his masters resurrected him as a simulacrum, snatching him from death’s embrace again and again and programming him to forget.
When Loba was nine, Revenant killed her family. And now their paths have crossed once again as both characters joined the Games. After finding out Revenant wishes for death, she’s made it her mission to keep him alive as revenge. Then Revenan’ts world unraveled again when he woke up with his abilities torn from him and replaced with new ones. Now who’s messing with him–and why? Revenant won’t stop until he finds out.
