The team from Zero Sun Games shared a new trailer for Astral Throne to invite players to dive into this high-fantasy strategy-RPG roguelike when the Steam demo launches on April 4th, 2024.
The upcoming demo will focus on Act I of Astral Throne, showcasing its unique blend of roguelike progression, turn-based battles, and epic fantasy narrative. Check out the trailer above to see the unique twists the game puts on the familiar genre.
In Astral Throne, you uncover the mystery of a Kingdom beset by a Falling Star’s curse. In order to do so, you will have to embark on an enigmatic journey, navigate a once-prosperous nation now cloaked in a memory-stealing fog, and customize your party’s composition to be able to face any dangers. But beware: you will have to strategize around around weapon and magic triangles, stat and experience distribution, and permadeath.
