Cyberpunk 2077 Delayed Again

Cyberpunk 2077

CD Projekt Red has announced that Cyberpunk 2077 is getting another short delay. The game was to have come out on November 19th, but the team has delayed it to December 10th. The team cites the difficulties preparing the game for current-gen consoles as well as next-gen consoles alongside PC and Stadia. The next-gen version isn’t coming until sometime in 2021, the development team needs more time for testing and for assessing backward compatibility.

This is not the first time CDPR has delayed the game but the November 19th date has been the “stickiest” date and many fans had been looking forward to playing in November.

About Cyberpunk 2077:

Night City, California. Year 2077. The world is broken. MegaCorps manage every aspect of life from the top floors of their sky-scraping fortresses. Down below, the streets are run by drug-pushing gangs, tech hustlers, and illegal braindance slingers. The in-between is where decadence, sex and pop culture mix with violent crime, extreme poverty and the unattainable promise of the American Dream.

You are V, a cyberpunk. In a world of cyberenhanced street warriors, tech-savvy netrunners and corporate life-hackers, today is your first step to becoming an urban legend.
