Darkest Dungeon II Grows a Bit Larger with The Binding Blade DLC

Red Hook Studios has announced the release of the first DLC for Darkest Dungeon II. The Binding Blade DLC is now available for PC players via Steam and Epic Games Store. It brings a host of new content to the game, anchored by the arrival of two new playable heroes. Players will be able to check out The Duelist and The Crusader, the latter making its return from the first game. In addition, players may run into a formidable new wandering mini-boss called The Warlord.

Developers are ready to showcase some of what players can expect in the DLC. A new trailer offers viewers a peek inside the new content.

Features include

  • The Duelist is a disciplined and deadly combatant capable of tactically switching between Defensive and Aggressive stances. She is able to move between ranks with ease, attacking from both the front and back ranks, dispatching her enemies with brutal efficiency.
  • The Crusader has returned! This battle-hardened knight is fueled by a radiant Holy fire and will Smite his foes where they stand.

Players will need to have a copy of the main game installed in order to play the DLC.

The DLC has been added to the Steam Oblivion Edition Bundle that features the main game and the OST.
