Publisher Microids and developer Tower Five have shared a new trailer for the upcoming photorealistic RTS Empire of the Ants. The game is slated to launch later this year on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and offer a unique take on the genre inspired by Bernard Werber’s best-seller.
Empire of the Ants immerses players in a magnificently microscopic forest ecosystem as 103,683rd, an ant sworn to protect their colony no matter the cost. You will have to use everything to your advantage to ensure your colony’s survival.
Exploration, strategy, combat skills, and alliances with local wildlife will be key to emerge victorious from the many challenges lying ahead.
