For those of you who feel like the age of Barbarians is a bit too old school, Sudden Strike 4: Complete Collection is already out on PC, Linux, and Mac. The consoles are due to fall shortly after.
Coming to PC, Playstation 4, Xbox One, Mac, and Linux this World War II themed strategy is the latest title out of Kalypso Media. Developed by Kite Games, Sudden Strike 4: Complete Collection is a value pack of everything the Sudden Strike 4 franchise can bring to bear. The title includes the original Sudden Strike 4 base game and all the DLC content. Five expansions are included in this package: Battle of Kursk, Road to Dunkirk, Finland – Winter Storm, Africa – Desert Storm and The Pacific War. In total, that makes for over 45 missions, 11 campaigns, and 20 historical commanders in one game.
Sudden Strike 4 is just the latest in a line of WWII RTS games from Kalypso. The fourth in the line features improved graphics, bigger campaigns, new maps, and a unique commander system. The game’s commander system allows players to pick a side to fight and a famous commander to assist them. Names like Patena and Montgomery are available, each giving the player a different approach to combat and their own combat abilities. Sudden Strike 4: Complete Collection is available digitally, via the Kalypso Shop while general release will include the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 ports in late summer 2019.
