Forget The Market Crash and Try Out the House Flipper 2 Demo

A house Flipper 2 demo is available right now, allowing PC players to try out an all-new renovation as part of Steam Next Fest.

House Flipper 2, the follow up from the very first in this renovate and cash in series, has a limited time demo. Available right now, the new taster of what’s coming from developer Frozen District will stay online until 26 June 2024. The opportunity to try before you buy is the first-time players have been able to get their hands on this new build, meaning that we’re expecting great things.

The team behind this sequel describes the new demo as, “A carefully prepared selection of content that we hope you’ll have tons of fun with.” That means all new graphics, tons of new tools, and a bunch of extra in game items. Alongside the wealth of ways to construct and clean, players will unlock 1700 unique items, and new building mechanics join the familiar format of Flipper mode. The demo is still only a slice of the full game, so you’ll be able to drop in and flip a run-down home on a picturesque island. Expect a focus on interior decoration and upgrades, 1.5 hours of immersive gameplay, 10 tools from the title, new customization options, task highlighting, ingenious mechanics, and more.

While it’s only a quick flip, the full House Flipper 2 is likely to have way more than a simple clean up and cash in using Flipper mode. If you want to get a taste of what’s coming in House Flipper 2 then head over to the Steam Store page and grab the demo on PC.
