Fulqrum Publishing and Best Way have announced that Men of War II fans can participate in the game’s final open beta event from today through Monday, August 14th. Open beta is available to download and play on PC via Steam.
RTS players can test many of the game’s systems, including the “Classic” match set up for multiplayer matches. According to the dev team, this “new” setup option hearkens back to the original Men of War game. Players can select which nation they’d like to represent and, once done, gain access to all of the nation’s units in each match.
Players will also be able to check out the new REalism Setting that offers fewer visual clues about the visibility and health of their units. This increases the chance of disabling and capturing enemy vehicles, a more limited range of fire for weapons, and other gameplay changes.
