Monster Menu: The Scavenger’s Cookbook is cooking up a storm with the news that the cutest of monster hunters is coming to western shores on 23 May 2023.
Put down Dauntless and press pause on Monster Hunter World, there’s a new mix of dungeon crawling cook book adventure coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. This adorable menu of chaotic adventures is due to come west thanks to publisher NIS. The publisher already known for the likes of the Ys series and Trails of Heroes has confirmed that this title will launch on 23 may for US gamers, while Europeans will have to wait a full 3 days more. Oceania region battle cooks will need to simmer until 2 June before they can draw their ladles.

Nippon Ichi Software’s imaginative all you can east survival game throws players into a cartoon world where they’ve taken a wrong turn in a low level dungeon. Now, with hunger and thirst to battle they must fight their way to success while scavenging for delicious food to upgrade their power. Along the way every available class and customization must watch their hunger and thirst meters, so its bet to go in swinging on a full stomach.
With tons of upgrades, fleshy moreish monsters, and potential pitfalls this dungeon crawling quest doesn’t seem too overcooked. Despite the hardcore description, Monster Menu: The Scavenger’s Cookbook looks like an adorable tactical survival RPG. Right now, I’m hungry.
